“Shame that wrong items were sent. Everything should have been brushed nickel. All fittings were OK but both rails were stainless although paperwork said nickel. Can't a van be sent out and swap them for the correct nickel finish.”

“Excellent delivery service and product. Having assembled the wall mounted hand rail I would say that we put far longer and bigger screws through the wooden mounts into the wall, those supplied were not up to the task.”

“Order process went smoothly and parts were delivered extremely promptly. Although you get a tracking reference number, Tuffnells appear to have no online tracking facility. Ringing Tuffnells with the number easily produced an accurate delivery update. It would be useful to know upfront that you cannot track online as it would have saved a lot of time searching for the unavailable facility.”
