“Luke is very good at his job and has a very good aspect on what the website items and parts are rather than give part numbers for everything and taking for ever .but on the other hand Theres a girl in the office not good at all and very abrupt hope this helps”

“I was very impressed with the service I received. My stair parts arrived on the date I had chosen online when I made my order, were well protected in excellent packaging and were of excellent quality. “Very clear, easy to use Web Site. Answered telephone promptly and gave helpful advice. Wrong accessory sent in error, but company realised mistake and corrected immediately. Parts competitively priced but shipping charge on high side for small order but would deal with Jackson Woodturners again”

“Could have got newel caps easy foim DIY stores but saw these on website and they looked good quality They are real top quality Speedy delivery And even including delivery cost were well worth it Excellent all round”
