“Great people to deal with”

“Damaged goods delivered twice. The second delivery was delivered to my previous address which I hadn't lived at for 18 months. The address wasn't on my account so it must have been buried in their system somewhere from a previous order. I then had to collect the goods from my previous address to avoid further delays. The 3rd delivery was undamaged but by that time I'd incurred extra costs having to rebook the carpenter.”

“Sadly I didn't get any compassion from Jackson Woodturners re my mistaken order. I'm an older lady, not great with internet ordering. I meant to order two bannister end stops size 54mm and accidentally got my 5 and 4 the wrong way round and ended up with two bannister end stops size 45mm. When I telephoned to ask if they could see their way to sending me the correct ones at no extra cost as it was a genuine mistake, I was told no. So I had to pay postage to send the wrong ones back and then pay for the correct ones again. I am also still waiting for my refund for the first set that I ordered. But I will be chasing it up soon. Sadly that is not very customer friendly or good service and I will not be using them again.”

“Brilliant service, I ordered a handrail over the phone on the Monday, the lady was able to organise delivery to Scotland on the Wednesday as I needed it at short notice. Excellent oak product and delivery and communication. Thankyou”

“Went to Jacksons for a new staircase in a dormer bungalow conversion. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't too sure how to go about it. Luke took care of everything & was really helpful with ideas and suggestions too. I would 100% recommend.”

“Jackson Woodturners have a truly excellent website with a great range of products, recently purchased all the means to refurbish my stair case with new hand rails, base rails and spindles, the order was made in advance and was so easy to complete with really competitive pricing, delivery was received and all items checked over the items were really well packaged and not a single bit of damaged was found. After sales was also excellent I had a slight issue with some infill which was professional handled by the advisor and arrangements made to resolve, you can’t really ask for much better than that.”
