“Called in to showroom to order stair parts a very helpfull girl took my order and talked me through all the options. Order placed and delivery date confirmed, order arrived on time but a few parts where damaged so phoned the company, supplied photos and the company imediatly sent replacement parts. Excellent service all round.”

“We ordered the interior handrail kit in Oak and Nickel to give extra support while using the stairs. The quality and finish is superb and it feels very comfortable to use. Would buy it again. Downsides were the poor quality screws included and having to download instructions as none in the box.”

“I've ordered twice from jacksons woodturners and what a nice change to deal with a company that not only supplies quality product at a very reasonable price they are also very quick on the delivery.i would definitely use them in the future . “Excellent quality product and customer service. An item was missed in my delivery and Jackson Woodturners delivered the missing item next day delivery. A scratch also on a newel post which was refunded in full. Cannot fault the resolution team for fixing the issues with my delivery.”
