Gillian, I am very sorry to hear that you received your handrail and it was clearly damaged in transit. Please be advised that should this happen again, if you call us on the day that the item is delivered to advise us, we will always send a replacement out the very same day. As we were unaware of this until now, we were unable to rectify the problem for you.

“The staff were extremely helpful, accelerating my order delivery timescale. I over-ordered slightly and Jackson Woodturners were happy to accept my returns and reimburse the cost of these items. Unfortunately, the Driver from DX couriers basically threw the order out into our garden and couldn't get away quickly enough.”
