“I always use Jacksons. Very reliable with quality products”

“Mopstick handrails arrived as expected and were packaged VERY securely so that chances of accidental damage during transit were minimal. Quality of the primed wooden rails is very good indeed. Only problem has been in fitting them to a stairway that has 5 changes of level in a house with hardly a square wall to be found - that has nothing to do with JW's product!!”

“Top quality product and service. Also the only place I could find walnut handrail and newel caps for an exact match to the rest of the house. Thank you!”

“Very good quality stair parts, fast and efficient. I wanted to build something myself to fit on our landing so it was great I could purchase all the bits I needed separately to the space.”
