“I ordered some oak handrail and baserail. Was all well packed and there was no damage on the packaging. When I opened it I noticed some damage on a few pieces, emailed them straight away including photos, no reply at all. Tried again, nothing. I bought from the company before, it was all fine, but if there is an issue it seems the don't want to know.”

Hello Kim. I am sorry that you noticed some damage on parts of your order. I can see that you e mailed on 17th May to which we replied the same day at 8.37am. We requested photographs and e mailed you again on 23rd May at 3.02pm. Unfortunately we did not receive any photographs, which is what we need to assess the damage. With any faulty goods we respond straight away as we always want the best for our customers so I am sorry on this occasion we were unable to solve the problem without these images.
