“The stair rail moulding I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was extremely well wrapped. I was impressed by the quality of the hardwood. The delivery company let them down slightly, failing to bring it on the day it should have come, but it arrived before 8.30 the following day.”

“Wanted stair handrail brackets with one screw wall fitting. Found them on Jacksons website.....perfect! Very smart looking and a good price. Delivered in a timely fashion.”

“Very easy to order online but delivery was a problem and was delivered 4 days late. When I ordered, I gave 10 days notice for delivery, so give plenty time if you are not in the midlands. The staff dealt with my concerns as quickly as possible as the problem with my delivery was actually the couriers and not Jacksons. I would definitely use them again and recommend.”

“I have been using Jackson Woodturners for a few years and never had an issue. My order always arrives on time and is very well protected. The website could do with a bit of work. For the past while when I saved a quote and go back for it at a later date it hasn't been saved which is frustrating and time consuming. The previous orders section doesn't always update either. Overall they are a great company to deal with and someone is always available on the chat facility if advice is required. I will continue to use them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
