“One of the upright supports had a fault, sent photos and another piece was sent, unfortunately the design had changed so did not match. Queried this, another piece sent straight away, this time was correct. So great customer service, good product, would recommend this company to anyone.”

“First time using Jackson Woodturners for me, it won’t be the last. A great range of products, a really easy to use website that is full of tips and guides, and delivery exactly when I wanted it. The only issue was a broken carton with some pieces missing (blame entirely on delivery service, not Jackson’s). I rang customer services at JW and they could not have been more helpful; replacement parts arrived withinn48 hours.”
