“Ordered online some handrail brackets that in other stores appeared to be impossible to find. The delivery was quick, on the day and time agreed, the products were immaculate, properly wrapped and boxed. The delivery cost is too expensive in my opinion, however I will consider to shop again here if necessary”

“Excellent service with a very quick delivery of under 48 hours. All items in stock and very well packaged with no defects or transit damage. The website could have been easier to navigate when trying to find specific items, e.g., trying to order hemlock stair parts I had to go through 'pages' of other items until I found the parts I required. More filters would have speeded up the ordering process. This aside the whole experience was excellent and product quality superb. I will definitely use again and recommend to others in the trade. “Order delivered exactly as promised. However, certain pieces were damaged, but this was dealt with immediately by Jacksons after we sent photographs of the damage. Replacements offered in 2 day, but as my husband was in the middle of the work and needed the items (impatient I'm afraid) he said he could overcome the damage providing there was a partial refund. Jacksons agreed to this and the matter was all sorted out in one day. This kind of customer service is rare these days so do not hesitate to use this company, you will not be disappointed.”
