“I bought a handrail and baserail direct from the Jackson Woodturners website as well as 21x Fusion Chrome Staircase Balusters and 2x Chrome Newel Caps from them via Amazon. As well as the products being exactly what I was looking for the customer service was superb. They phoned me to tell me I had ordered the wrong size handrail, talked me through the options, updated my order accordingly and processed the refund I was due. I would use them again without any hesitation and recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent service, goods delivered on time and excellent quality. Although well wrapped they did arrive with packaging looking slightly battered and one spindle dented. Had over ordered so wasn't a problem but may benefit from a small amount of padding around the outside.”

“Quality products at realistic prices and packaging was well thought through too. I had ordered double on one product which I didn’t notice until the next day, so I contacted them and it was amended and refunded straight away. Would definitely recommend this company without a doubt. Good work guys”

“The product seemed to be of excellent quality - but was slightly too large to match up with what I head. Company very easy to deal with, return goods etc.”
