“I had never ordered from this company before but will definitely use the site again. Very simple ordering process . I was kept updated by Joanna regularly. Delivery came right on time no problem . There is a real personal touch to the service which you don’t often get these days. I would highly recommend. I bought the Gardeco Chiminea. Great quality and great service. Can’t ask for much more. Well done Jacks Garden store.”

“Jo Hazelton from Jacks Garden Store was extremely helpful and friendly. It was reassuring to know it was easy to get hold of someone from customer services at Jacks Garden Store if need be. The Rowlinson Alderley storage bench I bought was easy to put together and was delivered quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend Jacks Garden Store and would buy from them again. “Excellent service, a competitive price and a pleasing on the eye chiminea. It was well packed and delivered by a helpful driver who carried it through the house to the patio. Instructions stated that it would benefit from a 'winter coat'. I telephoned Jo who was most helpful and ordered it on my behalf - it arrived the next day. Good to be able to speak to a person and not an answering machine. Highly recommended company.”

“What a fantastic company. Great prices, superb service and unbeatable support. Great choice of equipment, and if its all the same quality as the seat planter we bought youll have no issues. Would i use again...without a doubt. Would this be in preference to other companies.. definitely. Would i promote positively to family and friends .. what do you think?”

“Excellent service from this company. The bistro set we ordered was of very good quality. A bit of a long time with delivery but under the circumstances, not too bad. Jo did her best and contacted the delivery company and kept us informed.”

“I have just bought a chiminea and we love it, I dealt with joanna who was more than helpful and kind. I received a letter and a little fridge magnet which made me smile. In these dark times it's nice to deal with such lovely friendly people especially when we cannot go out shopping and doing the things we take for granted. The service was brilliant and my delivery was fast, I will most definitely be shopping here again without a doubt. Thankyou for your great service and happiness 😀😀”
