“Jo herself is brilliant and I definitely prefer buying from a smaller business rather than a large B&Q or Wickes type business, even if it’s slightly more expensive (not always the case) for the customer care/service that you receive. Communication throughout was top class and delivery was spot on with two great guys that were top class. The quality of the product itself is also top class and I’ve lately purchased quite a bit of treated timber from various suppliers and this is definitely good quality timber. So overall A+ and I would happily purchase again or highly recommend them all day long and Jo is a star”

“Absolute dream of a company to deal with. The lovely Jo was so helpful and knowledgable throughout the process and we are delighted with the quality of our new summerhouse. We were blown away by the really personalised customer service we received from Jack's - we never felt like we were just an order number. “We now have the most beautiful arbour in our garden, courtesy of Jacks, and we couldn't be more thrilled. The whole experience, from making the initial order, to the regular communication directly from Jo about delivery timescales during the Covid lockdown, to the quality of the product, has been superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacks and will definitely be a regular customer from now on!”

“Excellent customer service from Jo, who went the extra mile to contact the manufacturer of my arbour for me when I was wondering when they might contact me. And the cheery letter and fridge magnet she sent was a lovely surprise during dark days of covid. I'm really glad I ordered through Jacks. They don't just take your money and then ignore you. How refreshing!”
