“From the intial order, through delivery, building, a couple of minor hiccups along the way, to the final photos of the finished article Jacks Garden Store have been impeccable - and Jo a pleasure to deal with! Order process was simple and delivery quicker than anticipated. The quality of the playhouse is excellent and sure to offer many years of happy playing for my 3 children. The instructions were simple to follow and the build process enjoyable - I am by no means an expert chippy but was able to complete to an acceptable standard and something to be proud of. As intimated there was a slight issue with the ladder/steps supplied but Jo in particular, along with other members of the team, resolved them quickly, apologetically, and without fuss. And to iterate, Jacks Garden Store are not the sort to take your money and forget about you, they showed genuine interest in the build progress and completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company or the product.”

“Love the gazebo BUT would’ve appreciated assembly instructions in a larger print-a bit too small for oldies like me! My only gripe is with the delivery. One of the parts of the gazebo was broken-in transit I guess, because I doubt you would’ve sent the item out in that condition. This would’ve been obvious to the driver. He delivered early in the morning and didn’t try to make contact so we couldn’t inspect it or we would’ve refused to accept the delivery. Let’s you down”

“Furniture arrived on time and well packaged. Helpful delivery staff. Unpacked furniture is exactly as the picture and is well made. We have lacquered the bench to make the powder coating on the bench last longer.”

“Extremely happy with our BBQ firepit table set and the service was exceptional - I was contacted personally to confirm delivery as well as being sent photos of the item prior to delivery to check I was totally happy with the item. They also have an excellent policy of checking for potential fraud if payment address and delivery address are different. Would definitely shop with Jack's again. Thank you.”

“Very good service, delivered on time. Recommended installation team were excellent and kept me in formed regarding the build. Encountered one issue in that the rubber roofing material was the wrong size and reported on the day and replacement arrived the next morning. This was handled very professionally and extremely happy with the result. I have now just got to paint it!”

“We ordered a Hampton garden seat, which was unfortunately damaged, we believe in transit. This was replaced straight away and our new seat arrived within two days of reporting the problem. Very helpful and speedy customer service!”

“Hi my name is Jackie i was looking on line and saw resin garden furniture never heard of it and I am interested not sure to buy ? .can we try before we buy ? I do like the libeccio coffee table with 6 bits chairs can I try for week to see please.people are talking about the service but not about the furniture so not sure if any good .can you help me .I was looking at metal furniture now not sure help. Wanted weather proof ?.”
