“I bought this for my daughter, the wheel on her suitcase broke while she was away in London. She needed a new one for when she goes away again in September. She is very pleased with the colour and size. Might buy one for myself once I get paid.”

“The product was excellent however the process for ordeing leaves much to be desired. Their web page appeared to be down over the weekend and there was no order confirmation yet money had been taken from my accounr. In this day and age this is a red flag issue.”

“Love the cases we bought. Ordered and delivered in 2days. We also ordered the suitcase covers, thought it was a fantastic idea. Unfortunately, the zip on one of the suitcase cover storage bags was broken. This did sour my delight a little and, whist I have contacted Customer Service, I have yet to receive a reply.”
