“Ordered black medium suitcase to receive wrong colour, contacted support team to resolve situation, which it did with me buying another case in black again, offered me 20% discount as other colour was cheaper, still had to pay double delivery for a mistake that was not mine and zero compensation, happy with suitcase tho”

“I ORDERED A BEWITCHING SUITCASE. WHEN IT ARRIVED, THE FRONT OUTER ZIP WASN'T STRAIGHT. I EMAILED "IT LUGGAGE". I HAD A PROMPT EMAIL BACK. SO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD. LOUISE OFFERED ME A PARTIAL DISCOUNT FOR THE FAULT, WHICH I ACCEPTED.”

“The service is very quick and delivered by very good people who take care of your purchase so it arrives undamaged. So far I have not used the new suitcases but they look to be of very good quality. After a mix up with the order us thinking we had ordered one colour and a different one was sent I managed to sell them on and order 2 in the colour we wanted . So now we are looking forward to many years of use out of our new cases .”

“Delighted with my new case but not Yodel who delivered it! The claim to have handed it to resident and had photographic proof. This is an outright lie! We were both at work, it never came to us, we don’t even know where the photo came from? We came home to find the item outside in the pouring rain! With a card through the door saying it was behind the bin Box was soggy, but luckily the case was wrapped in a bag inside it. Complained to Yodel who were totally disinterested. Yodel just kept telling us lies. Never resolved the issue of what happened. Never once enquired about the item and if it was damaged! This courier is unprofessional and untrustworthy, would put me off buying from IT again”

“I just like to say I’m very happy with my purchases, the only stumbling block was the logistics of been given the wrong size of one of my cases. Which is still in the process of being rectified hopefully soon.”

“Luggage is wonderful! However you have lost a star over the return of the first case, which was just too big. I have still not had a refund, even though you collected a week ago! Had my refund come through and I not had to chase asking where it is, you would have got 5 stars! Easy to return, not so easy to get the money back.”
