I love my new underseat case. It's less 'in your face' than the cabin friendly one but still holds a lot. Unfortunately, the suitcase I had to match my new one got damaged on our flight out to Tenerife! 😡 I'll be looking for a new one of those now!

Great quality and absolutely stunning (exactly like the photos!) The ordering process was very straightforward and the dispatch and delivery was speedy.

Goods damaged when received returning was very difficult it took nearly a month to return them and get a refund due to lack of regular communication

The language bags are not bad, however the lock system is not good. I have used the bags for the first time and the lock system broke on one the bags.

Was sent the wrong size luggage and not offered any resolution so had to return for refund which I have been waiting for over a week and nothing refunded yet. Can't call anyone and responses are delayed. Overall absolute rubbish service and this was the first and will be the last time I purchase from here.

Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you received the incorrect item. I have had a little look into this for you and can see that unfortunately, we would not have been able to re-deliver the cases in the time frame desired and therefore, a full refund was offered and accepted. Your collection was scheduled to take place on 09/04 and on the basis that this was completed successfully, you can expect to receive your refund within 10 days from this point, therefore, your refund should be processed by 19/04 - you will be notified once this has occurred. We do operate exclusively via email and I can see that we have not received any further emails from yourself since the collection, however, if you do require any further assistance at all please do not hesitate to get back in touch with our customer service team. I love this luggage but the first one I got was too big and so I requested a return. I paid for the next size and received it but after several emails nobody has collected this first suitcase nor have I been refunded.

I bought a brand new suitcase from IT that arrived with damage and scuffs. I've now emailed three times this week (with attached photos) requesting a partial refund, as this suitcase is now out of stock, and have received no response. Although I love the suitcase, the customer service I've received has been atrocious! Not only is it extremely poor that a company would sell this at full price knowing it's damaged, but to then ignore customers is appalling.

Very happy with my purchase, the 10year warranty is what made me purchase this brand,I travel a lot and need reliability, my previous case which I had for approx 10years just lost a wheel, I didn't have original receipt and wasn't aware the IT luggage had the warranty when I bought it 10years ago(which I didn't order direct with IT)

My four year old grandson picked it and absolutely loves it. He was so excited he has packed his travel toys and snacks, even though he is not going away for another three months.

Arrived within a working day. No issues with dispatch, delivery or condition on arrival. Checked zips and lock, all seem ok. Doddle to change combination. Looks sturdy enough but reserving judgement on the product itself until we see how it performs on a trip to Australia and back.

I bought 2 underseat cases for my upcoming Easyjet flights to Tenerife, much to my husbands disgust as we have a loft full of luggage! He soon changed his mind!!!! When we arrived at the gate to board 90% of passengers were asked to place their bag in the cabin bag sizer. The majority of bags were too large for Easyjet's strict underseat size of 45x36x20 and the passengers had to pay to take their bag on board. our cases were looked at but not questioned and we boarded without problem. Thank you It for my perfectly sized, roomy cases. Thoroughly enjoyed using them. EASYJET PASSENGERS BE AWARE - EVERY PASSENGER HAD THEIR HAND LUGGAGE CHECKED FOR SIZE

Beautiful suitcase, arrived quicker than expected. The only slight niggle was that the weight on the description on the tag attached to the suitcase says heavier than the weight description on the website. It's still super lightweight for what I need, but disappointing the tag and the website details aren't accurate/the same. Can't wait to road test it next week on our city break! Would definitely order again in the future
