“I have given 5* on customer service and delivery however the only downfall was that an exchange wasn’t available for the smaller size case and would have to send back with a charge for delivery and wait for a full refund. I was a little disappointed by this as this would now mean I would have to place another order for a smaller size suitcase and wait for 10 days to get refund but with £5 taken off total price”

“We recently bought four medium IT Luggage Legion Plus suitcases and have been thoroughly impressed. They fit an incredible amount, are very sturdy, and glide effortlessly – super easy to manoeuvre even when fully packed. The build quality feels solid and durable, exactly what you want for travel. Customer service was also excellent. I accidentally ordered too many suitcases, and they arranged collection and a refund quickly and efficiently – no hassle at all. Highly recommend both the product and the company – a great experience from start to finish.”

“I bought it specifically for our first ever cruise, so not the hardest of trips, but on the journey through the airport home one of the wheels was struggling and had lost both rubber pieces. the plastic wheel underneath worked okay but it was disappointing.”
