“Website was easy to use, ordering process was straightforward, information about and description of the luggage was clear and accurate. Both cases arrived on time, well packed, no excess packing to deal with. Luggage is as described, looks good, and easy to use.”

“I purchased the wrong size, however, it is a very good quality large suitcase. For now, I will use it for storage. I bought the medium size Legion, and it should replace the itluggage medium size suitcase I have been using and reusing over the past seven years. One of the 7 years old itluggage wheel is kaput since it has been wheeled in Copenhagen airport this morning. LOL! Perfect timing for a new itluggage purchase! When are the pink and black hotizontal striped itluggage in medium size are back into fashion? [See attached photo]🤔”

“The luggage was clearly described on the website, which helped us make a decision. The price was very fair. The bags arrived promptly and looks great. They were very poorly packed, though. Both the boxes were torn and had been damaged in transit and looked very bashed about but luckily the bags themselves inside were still ok. We thought some protective padding inside and certainly some stronger parcel tape would have been better as both boxes were coming open. It was only by luck that the contents survived.”

“Great size for carrying onto aircraft and also very lightweight. Will fit under the seat easily. A choice of a carry handle, shoulder strap and also fits onto your suitcase handle. I have always been very pleased with IT LUGGAGE.”
