“I have bought IT luggage before and been really happy with them. One was damaged on my last holiday and needed a new one, decided to go for these ones. The are on another level, beautiful sleek and the material is a lot stronger and design is eye catching. Very happy with them, make a good choice.”

I can happily see via the email chain that the team are attempting to assist with this matter, however, the relevant form in which is required to be signed and returned by yourself in this instance, has not been actioned, despite multiple polite requests. “I haven't used the suitcase as yet but will do soon. I opened the box and I am very impressed with the cases. They look just as advertised on the website. I'm glad I got them in the sale”

“I ordered 2 large cases in different colours. When they arrived, one box was sealed and the case had plastic wrapping around it, plus the handles etc had protective sleeves over the. The other case came in a box that had obviously been opened as it was all taped up. There was no protective wrapping or covers over the handles. The wheels were also dirty. This was obviously a customer return and sold on as new. I expected better shopping direct from it luggage direct. I would have returned the case had I had more time. I will not be buying from it luggage again. This is not acceptable.”

“Ordered online, was kept up today on order status through until the case was delivered. The case was well backed but not excessively wrapped. Item looked exactly like the photos. I am delighted with the purchase.”

“I bought this for my daughter, the wheel on her suitcase broke while she was away in London. She needed a new one for when she goes away again in September. She is very pleased with the colour and size. Might buy one for myself once I get paid.”
