“Received the wrong item , requested return to be organised , the collecting company indicated I was not at home (needless to say , I stayed at home the whole day for this ) with completely wrong house photo as proof. Took 3 more days to be able to organise another collection . And now 5 days after, I am still waiting for my refund . Sorry, not much of a satisfactory service !!!”

However, please be advised that refunds are processed within 10 working days of collection taking place. Therefore, as your collection was scheduled for 16/04, you can expect your refund to be processed by 26/04 - you will be notified once this has occurred. “Unfortunately, after first use on flight to US, the case did not withstand the journey and had signs of damage around the wheels. See photo attached. Very disappointed as not confident we can use case again. Would be grateful to hear regarding 10 year guarantee and next steps.”

“Love this !!! Bought the cabin size lemon suitcase for my granddaughter. Taking her on her first trip to Italy and wanted to travel in style ! Great quality. Fast delivery and fun ( but starting to grow up ) design ! Would recommend to any stylish traveler 😊”

“Very happy with the suitcase, I bought because it provided me with a medium sized suitcase ,as I already have a large and small one. I liked the wheels manoeuvred the suitcase very sell, like the colour because the case stands out from the black and red ones on the conveyor belt,so easier and quicker to recover.”

“I found just what I needed from IT. We have cases from this brand already, a couple of them for a number of years and they are still going strong, so why wouldn't I buy this brand again?. I would me mad not to. On the one occasion we had a small issue,( a wheel broke), IT replaced it immediately no questions asked.I have looked at other luggage and honestly not found anything better and the great value for the prices are not to sneezed at. The case arrived very quickly and wekk packaged.”

“The review is more for the delivery company. I buzzed them in but they didn't come up, I went down could not find mat package, it was a nuisance to contact them. I was then send an email showing it was delivered and left down stairs where if clearly states do no leave delivery here. I went door to door and no one had it, about 2 days later it was left by my door. I even paid 1 day delivery for my son to receive the gift it time. This was truly a waste if my money. I have returned it since, I may have ordered the smaller but I do not want to take a risk. Even collection they guy never turned up. I was told her did. I had to yet again chase it with your company and guess what they turned up next day for collection.”
