“Paid for next day delivery item didn’t arrive which I needed for a holiday. Emailed customer service to ask for a delivery refund instead of whole item was refunded and returned when I still needed the item”

“Really poor quality, on arrival the suitcase was badly dented, the pull handle retainer was missing and the pull handle from inside was insecure. The quality of the bag is too flimsy compared to my older IT suitcases that have lasted over 12 years m. The suitcase is not fit for purpose, can’t believe that the cases cost so much money and really poor quality. Only bought them less than a month ago.”

“Received my IT luggage cases the very next day , the cases are absolutely beautiful and such good quality , the attention to detail inside and out are lovely , its so true, you get what you pay for and these are worth every penny .”

“Mine came with a mark on it and unfortunately I needed it so didn’t have time to mess about returning it. I was disappointed that it was marked. I originally ordered it from a different retailer but yodel lost it so after waiting to weeks for them to find it I ordered from it last minute.”

“Lovely case very light. Good colour. Ordering and delivery very quick. Only negative was Yodel as changed date of delivery after making arrangements to be in and then was hours later than advised! But still arrived quickly. Not IT luggage fault”

“Better than Amazing value bought a set of 3. The expanding feature avoids the need to take another suitcase. These expand so well and are rigid. Will be taking on my next vacation so will update later but as of now 10/10 for quality and price. 10/10 delivery was next day simply amazing did not expect that and free”
