“Seems roomy enough, but after packing I have realised that it can't be locked with a padlock. We will need to leave in a concierge room twice during our break, so this is not the ideal.”

“Measurements wasn’t precise. The suitcase was several cm smaller each side. The quality seemed good and it looked nice, but too small.”

“My grandson was over the moon he played with it all night wanted to pack is clothes he doesn't go on holiday till may but just to see his face you couldn't put a price on it he truly loves it x 😁”

“First time buying it luggage and I'm impressed.. although the item came with marks on I contacted customer service and the matter was dealt with very well. Infact 10/10 for customer service I would say. Case is very nice, lovely colour and inside nicely fitted out. Haven't used on trip as yet so only time will tell on that side of things. So far very pleased with our purchase.”

“No complaints about the first delivery (2suitcases) but the next order of luggage straps was entrusted to Evri for delivery and in this area they are renoun for being hopeless. They told me the items were with them and then, on the delivery day they cancelled, still no idea if when delivery could be, if not here soon thenI will have to cancel the order and purchase alternatives as soon to go on holiday.”

“I will be able to write a proper review once my full order finally gets delivered. On 05/01/2025 I ordered 2 x Legion medium (plus) in Smoke Blue. These were despatched separately but at the same time. Their journeys to the delivery depot had the same stops and at the same times. One was then successfully delivered to my home address on 09/01/2025. However, for some reason the second case did not get sent out from the delivery depot at the same time, and as of today 14/01/2025 it is still for some reason sitting in that delivery depot, with no indication as to when it may get delivered. Perhaps IT may be able to chase this up, at which time I would be very happy to leave a full review. In the meantime, although I have not yet used the first case that has been delivered (waiting to see if I ever do get a matching case) the initial look of the case is very pleasing - I just hope I do get the second matching case at some point 🤞 I will attach to screen shots from the Evri website showing the two journeys of the two cases (so far!)”

“Cheaply made cheap suitcase. Obviously, you get what you pay for... but the zips are dodgy straight away. I don't thin they suitcase will last beyond couple of trips.”

We order suitcase on Sunday and paid for the next day service which we understood would mean the order would be taken on Monday and expected to arrive next day Tuesday our order suitcases never arrived until Wednesday late we flew out on Thursday so the whole situation was stressful and further more we were charged for next day service £5.99 so effectively you took our money and didn't provide the service promised.
