Very efficient company to work with. Their website is easy to understand and navigate. Acknowledgement and confirmation of the order was received promptly. Details of dispatch were also sent as soon as the order was sent. It is just a pity that the service provided by the courier Yodel was not up to the same standard.

The suitcases are lovely! Great quality and beautiful, it’s the ordering that can be annoying I had the money in my bank and it took the money then said the payment did not go through, I got my money back an hour or so later but this happened twice then the 3rd time after emailing the company it went through.

Excellent service. Really happy with my cases. The ten year guarantee gives the best reassurance. Looking forward to my holiday even more now I have our new cases, gliding through the airport.

We ordered 2 cases directly from it which were in sale. They came quickly, and good really good quality, we will see how they hold up on holiday, but I'm not expecting any problems.

I ordered an XL duo tone suitcase as they didn't have the Large in stock. As they have a no quibble returns policy I thought I would take a punt on the XL. Unfortunately when it arrived its the size of a small wardrobe. I contacted IT the same day to arrange a return. They asked me to repackage it and put all the relevant information on the inside and out and I was told someone from the collection company would ring me with a two hour timeslot and within 48 hrs to collect it. I waited all day Friday and no one had contacted me. I emailed IT and they said they'll sort it on Monday. No one contacted me on the Monday so I e mailed them again. I then had an email saying someone will collect it on Tuesday between 9am and 5pm. NOT the two hour window that I was told the week before. It seems I now have to wait in all day for them to collect it. Not a very good returns service as of yet. It's taken nearly a week. I have since found the duotone large case elsewhere, all ready for holiday. Update. I have now waited in on three separate occasions and IT cases designated couriers have failed to turn up again or notify me. I have tried phoning IT but no one answers. Emails are slow to reply. It's a shame that I have to score them so badly its because their customer service is on this occasion sadly lacking. I have six of their suitcases and they're great, but unfortunately I cannot on this showing say anything positive about their customer service or DPD, their courier of choice. I have wasted eight days so far dealing with this issue. I have finally received my refund today and they have charged me for the cost of the return. Talk about adding insult to injury. It just highlights their complete lack of understanding and empathy that someone has waited in for hours and hours and they don't even reply to my request to speak to a customer service manager or waive the return fee. Make sure you order exactly or you may be on the wrong end of their customer service or should I say lack of it.

Hi Peter, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear of the issues experienced in regard to your return. I can see via the email chain that your collections have been arranged with 2x separate courier's, hence why the collection timeframes may differ. The first collection was arranged via Yodel, whom provide a 2 hour timeslot on the day of collection, however, I can only apologise on their behalf if they did not advise of the timeslot to yourself. You contacted us chasing this collection on Friday afternoon where it was then advised that Yodel do collect up until 8pm, therefore, to allow Yodel the opportunity to collect up until this point and if you still did not hear from them to get back in contact via the email chain and we can then re-arrange the collection 1st thing on Monday morning for you. Therefore, to confirm, we were awaiting an email update from yourself if a further collection was required. Once we heard from yourself regarding the failed collection, your further collection has now been arranged via DPD, in which provide a much broader collection timeframe, in the hopes that they will fulfil the collection request successfully for you. I can only apologise that this process has not been as straightforward as you'd hoped, however, please be assured that we are doing our best to fulfil your return request as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this does also require the courier to hold up their part of the transaction. Please do not hesitate to get back in touch via the email chain should you require any further assistance at all and the team would be happy to help. Many thanks

Ordering and delivery was very smooth, and I'm delighted with the bag. The Alluring large holdall in Charcoal is very smart, and even nicer than it looked in the picture. It zips around the middle so has two completely separate sections, a flat bottom area for packing things you dont need on the plane but want in hand luggage, and a top area where you can store things you want to access. Looking forward to using it when I travel soon.
