“Just made first trip with luggage and on collecting from conveyor belt I find material on middle sized case all ripped at bottom edge. I appreciate it may have not been handled gently by airport staff but surely material should be stronger?”

Hi Patricia, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear of the damage in which has occurred to your luggage during transit. Unfortunately, as I can see via your review, by your own submission - 'on collecting from conveyor belt I find material on middle sized case all ripped at bottom edge.' Therefore, this would fall under 3rd party/airline damage which is not covered under our 10-year warranty, this is clearly stated within the warranty policy viewable on our website. The airline is liable to take responsibility for any damage in which has occurred to your property whilst in their hands. I do apologise that we cannot be of any further assistance on this occasion. Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. I can see via the email chain that it was advised that as your order was placed on a Saturday, this would not have been processed until the Monday, therefore, meaning next-day delivery would be due to take place on the Tuesday, however, if this did not occur to get back in touch via the email chain and we could then happily provide further assistance in the matter. “Update - after contact IT Luggage - they arrange for a replacement product to be sent on to me. Customer service was very quick to respond to my messages and rectify. Therefore updating my star from one to 4. Never arrived - took my payment and never replied to my customer contact asking where my delivery is, EVRI also have not got back to me - the tracking suggests they are awaiting for parcel delivery.”

“Bit of a problem with delivery as there was no house number on the parcel Yet I’m sure I put it on the order form I had to go around my housing estate looking for it”

“Faulty Suitcase received in Oct 2024 - sent back Nov 2024. No replacement sent until Mid January 2025. They do not read emails, or respond to emails, or send information that is not relevant. No option to speak to someone - they do not call back. AVOID ordering from them, waste of time and faulty suitcase that never gets replaced. Shocking customer service. What a waste of time on my part.”

However, I can see that the customer service team have been in frequent communication with yourself, the issue simply lies that each replacement selection requested by yourself has been out of stock at the point of this being attempted to be processed by the team. “I received my suitcase fine, I am trying to return my suitcase and have been completely ignored. I sent the available dates, my address and my phone number and have not even been told if my order is going to be picked up on the date i asked for. After emailing again i have still not got a reply and on my now third email ive still not got a reply. I am very dissatisfied and will be annoyed if i am unable to return a £60 suitcase all because someone can’t email me back.”
