“The ordering and speed of delivery was fine but the packaging looked as if it had been through the mill, luckily the suitcase was fine.”

“IT customer service were very unhelpful & Evri the delivery company were a nightmere ! I ordered a cabin size & a medium suitcase together. The cabin suit case was delivered 2 days after my order but Evri held the medium suitcase back at the depot ! I emailed iIT Customer service they said the would contact Evri , in the end I contacted Evie myself & after numerous emails the suitcase was delivered nine days later ! I explained to It customer service that I needed my suitcase for my holiday & could they send out a replacement ,but all the said was I could have my money back , which was not helpful !”

Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. Furthermore, please kindly be aware that as the standard, free, shipping method was selected, this provides delivery within 3-5 working days. As your order was placed on a weekend, this will not have been processed until the Monday, meaning this is when the 3-5 working days delivery timeframe would commence - 5 working days from this Monday would be the following Monday, when your second parcel was delivered, therefore, falling within the necessary timeframe. “My new luggage arrived on time, well packaged box, with no marks, damage. The new Luggage is really good quality, with clear instructions to set the TSA locks. Rugged, and durable, with 4 easy move wheels, handle retractable, wit side soft handle too.. Looking forward to using, this with 20 Ltr Hand cabin bag for overnight bits and pieces, shoulder strap included, as well as attachable to main luggage 🧳 handle ... Excellent..”

“A favoured brand - very lightweight and visually appealing products. The ‘cabin with pocket’ is Absolutely wonderful bit of kit. My only real quibble is the lining, which is a fabric that is durable but has a sort of crunchy/papery texture that isn’t too appealing for me. Not a deal breaker though. Also, the case is slightly heavier than I thought it would be but the incredible organisation features and attractive looks makes this a fab purchase overall. .”
