“The luggage that was sent was faulty went through the return form as instructed after 4 days still no response from customer service and now I have email to review my purchase. Less than optimal would be the extremely british way of putting it (but not what I am thinking!). Even more disappointed as I have an IT case that lasted me 15 yrs and the only thing wrong with is the wheel broke after being abused luggage handlers one can only assume so I thought this has done so well we should order IT luggage you can't go wrong- well apparently you can!”

“Lovely colour and very lightweight and arrived quickly and love the four wheels. A little worried as the material on the bottom and sides are very thin ( so thin that you can make out my hand through it) which is a worry that it's not going to be durable enough when in use. We'll see.”

“Luggage seems ok sadly they use the worst delivery company in the UK and the after care service from it is poor, no way of uploading pictures, no phone to call sadly another company cutting back, luggage seems nice but this whole experience has caused alot of stress”

“I still have not received my suitcase, as it's delivered by Evri the absolute worse outfit on the face of the planet. I'm sure if it ever arrives that the suitcase will be amazing, but until you start using a professional carrier my review will be 1 star. Please find another carrier, Royal Mail would be cheaper”

“Making the purchase was very straightforward and delivery was quick. I was kept informed of the progress from dispatch to day and time of delivery, which was helpful. I would recommend IT Luggage without hesitation.”

“This low review rating is nothing to do with the quality of the luggage - but of the dire delivery. Sadly I still have not received my order as Evri has not delivered it to my address. They have sent me a photo of delivery which is clearly not at my address. I have been in touch with Evri who say they are investigating (and I have myself) spent a whole day making enquiries all around my neighbourhood without success). Now they tell me to get in touch with you if I haven't received the order within 10days and they will negotiate with you. I had hoped to use the case before then so am disappointed and urge you to consider a different delivery company. From ME13 7DR”

““The return process has been a nightmare. So far, they haven’t allowed me to drop it off anywhere, which means I keep having to take days off work because the courier they’ve provided doesn’t show up. I would have thought they’d have learned by now, especially with the number of bad reviews I’ve seen about the courier they’re using.” There is no number to talk to anyone li would never buy from them again If the courier does not turn up again I will have to take it further and demand a refund for the inconvenience I have been caused”

Hi Valerie, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues regarding the collection of your order. I can see that up until this point you have had 1x failed collection, for which I can only apologise on the courier's behalf, however, a further collection date has since been confirmed with a tracking number to be provided shortly. Unfortunately, our contract with Yodel does not extend to drop points, so I'm afraid this would not be an option. Furthermore, unfortunately, as Yodel is the courier we use, we cannot simply make alternate arrangements. “So far so good I am really impressed with my luggage. I got a good deal and I’m happy with it. My last IT luggage case lasted me 8 years and traveled the world with me literally so hoping these do the same.”

“The suitcase seems good but I haven’t used it yet. It’s very big, too big really. Just hope they accept it on the plane. I would have returned it but did not realise you had to cover the cost of returns. I am used to companies covering these costs, I assumed this would be the situation with IT but it isn’t”

“Never received my order as it was posted with Evri who are uncontactable and haven't delivered. IT have offered a full refund but no response as yet. IT should consider using different courier to deliver.”

“A lovely lightweight small cabin case. It’s quite deep and will fit quite a lot in. It’s locks on the side. I’m an older person and I would manage to lift this case on and off the train by the handle. It’s well made and stylish. I shall enjoy using it.”
