“I love the case but the TSA lock was broken I have had one before but it just would not let me set it up, so I cannot give it a good rating unfortunately I only got the case in time for my trip so had no time to contact you before hand or to return it and since then I have been in hospital so this is my first proper opportunity to tell you about it. I am very disappointed in the case overall now which is a shame because I have been using your cases for a long while now”

“The green suitcase arrived damaged, deep cut to the outer case (but not all the way through). IT luggage offered a 30% refund which I accepted becuase there was no time to return, or purchase another case before my holiday. Arrives in a clear plastic bag inside of a box. Damage is either occuring on the assembly line or via delivery handling, as the box is pretty battered. I bought two cases; scuffs on outer case of blue one (assembly) and deep cut on green one (assembly/delivery).”

“The luggage arrived ok but had a few scoff marks on the suitcase which is was able to get off but the handle extension seems to stick on one side so when you extent it one side is lower than the other and it doesn't click in place property so you have to keep extending the handle fully to recife the issue, I'm not very happy unfortunately from such a make of suitcase that over all was excellent in my book.”

“Shocking service. Waited over 8 days for a suitcase to never arrive. If you work full time do not order from here as for some reason they won’t let you leave in safe place or collect from a pick up point. IT customer service is non existent on a weekend. Have absolutely no interest in customer complaints. My complaint has just been fobbed off and I’ve been ignored, truly embarrassing customer service.”

“ITs carrier utterly trashed the box my cases were delivered in. The result is the cases were damaged. IT have done their best to offer the least they can possibly get away with., using a discount that I had accessed to reduce their refund percentage and when I tried to return the cases, all the work is down to me.”

On our behalf, unfortunately, we are only able to offer any form of refund percentage/discount off of the amount actually paid for the item, we cannot offer a discount off of the RRP if this was not the price paid I'm afraid. However, I can happily see via the email chain that the customer service team are offering assistance in regard to arranging a return for you. Unfortunately, we simply cannot arrange this without a convenient date for this to occur being confirmed from your end.
