“Great luggage, always liked there cases. I had to return the set I purchased due to my error as I wanted 8 wheels per case and they only had 4. I have a permanent injury to my right arm so wanted the best I could afford for ease. I asked for advice several times and none has been forthcoming and I do have to say the customer service has been very poor. I am now awaiting a refund so I can reorder. My advice get it right as they won’t help you.”

“I purchased a selection of the children's range for my grandchildren, as we're all traveling for a family wedding later this year ( I subsequently added another case for my great nephew after being delighted with the initial purchase) Although the cases haven't been used yet, the kids were all delighted and the quality looks good so far.”

“I have had IT luggage before and travelled by air quite a few times and case is almost brand new so I had no hesitation buying a set for a family member. January Sale of set of 3 cases was very very good value considering the quality and endurance. Will update review when we get back from the USA on performance of old and new luggage.”

“I am so impressed with how fast my suitcase arrived. Also very impressed with the good and sturdy quality of the suitcase considering the price. It will last a long time and the design is lovely. This is honestly great value for money, will certainly continue to purchase IT luggage!”
