“Suitcase as described. This is a repalcement for an it luggage suitcase we have had for a number of years. The airport managed scratch both sides, top and bottom and crack the corners, hence buying a replacement. The newer cases have no exterior corner protection so I'm hopig this is robust. I did prefer the older exterior design but this case says its strong so we will see. The size and interior is the same as our old case. We will not be using the case until our summer holiday.”

“Bought this cabin case for my grand daughter for Xmas and although still to be given, I have no doubt she will love it, being young and trendy. Would also be suitable for adult travellers at a very reasonable price.”

“My fourth case from the IT luggage selection, have all the sizes, three I've had for four years, they have been well used and are still as new. Love the fact they are so roomy and light when there are many flight weight restrictions now. Good value, especially at 'sale' prices!!! Recommended!”

“I think it luggage not helpful what customer request they don't fulfil request bcz yodel courier service are absolutely rubbish bcz them delivered slot 09:00 p.m not once twice and I requested to it luggage company I don't like yodel courier service but they don't helping me”

Hi Mohamed, Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately, we would be unable to assist in matters between yourself and Yodel and therefore, your review is better provided to Yodel directly. Following on from the above and as advised within the email chain, Yodel is whom we have a contract with, unfortunately, we cannot dispatch parcels with alternate couriers simply at request. Furthermore, and as also advised within the email chain, we are unable to advise of a delivery time I'm afraid as this is allocated by the courier on the date of delivery. However, I am sorry that delivery did not fall at a convenient time for yourself on this occasion. “Ordered a large suitcase. Delivery was fast but the wrong item was sent. When I contacted customer services they said the item I ordered was now out of stock.”

“I bought suitcases as gifts for children, my son is getting married soon. They asked me to give them suitcases and asked that they be suitcases from an English company. in the photographs they are not so beautiful. But when I unpacked them, they are just gorgeous, they are just cool. I just want to say that the photo does not convey all the beauty, everything is the quality that really is and thank you very much for your things. Thank you very much for your suitcases. They are truly amazing.”
