“Very pleased with the performance and stylist looks. I brought all 3 sizes in the charcoal/brown and we used the medium and large cases on a trip to Malyaisa and Thailand - the cases came through a total of 6 plane journeys unscathed. The expandable section increase the space quite a lot and the case remains robust. The wheels moved and glided smoothly across all the different surfaces we encountered. The colour makes the cases stand out and were easy to spot on the airport luggage reclaim The zips open and close smoothly and easily. Very pleased so far - I have given 4 stars as I yet to see the longevity of the cases and also use the small case”

“Delivery was bad. Not one box, out of three, was undamaged. One of the cases inside was actually partially damaged on a corner, I've since fixed it. The cases, unused as yet, were purchased for a particularly flight-heavy trip next year - 10 flights in total. So we wanted something far more rigid than the IT lightweight large cases we already owned. Given the description of these cases - we ordered them. They're not as "solid" as the description would make you believe. They are slightly sturdier, having more robots edges, but the plastic front and back is just as moveable/bendy as the normal IT cases. You're paying more for fancy wheels and back corner strips - that's all.”

“The lock system on the suitcase broke and a piece of small metal was sticking out which caused me to cut my hands. I messed It Luggage when i got back from my holiday but other than a confirmation of them receiving my query they never got in touch with me. Customer service very poor unfortunately!”
