“Bought the small flight bag size and it has been brilliant (even as checked luggage). The maerial is tough and the zips look to be good quality. The wheels are not too noisy - a brilliant purchase at £30. As good as Eastpak but British and cheaper!”

“Item arrived damaged. Found it really difficult to find an easy way of making contact so submitted a return request through the website form and it’s now 7 days later and I haven’t received any response or update. Happy to revise review if someone gets in touch and this is resolved.”

“I ordered two suitcases during the discount week . I was advised that they were on their way by Evri. Evri said they couldn't deliver them but no explanation why. I contacted customer service who reconfirmed my address with Evri but to date they have not arrived. I have now been informed that the cases are lost and you would be refunding me which is not acceptable.”

“Very easy to deal with. Good customer service and really great quality luggage for the cost. Unfortunately, we had to send ours back because it was just a little small for what we wanted, however, we will not hesitate to buy from them in the future.”

“I have ordered two suitcases one medium and one large. They are bought as a pair and I felt the price was too good to not order. They are hard shell suitcases and they state they are very robust. I have not had the opportunity to use the suitcases yet but I’m sure they will be fine. They have been delivered fast and in good condition, the medium suitcase was inside the large suitcase which I liked as it’s minimal packaging.”

“The luggage was fine and speed of delivery after order really good. However, we realised that we had ordered suitcases that were too large so have reorder the medium cases but still waiting to hear back re how and when we can return the other cases. Plus our reordered delivery still has not been received nor are we able to track it and we have had no response from IT customer services despite several emails.”
