“Appalling experience - they sent me a used piece of luggage, the wheels were battered and there was grass attached to it. Clearly the quality control is a shambles. They refused to send a new replacement until the courier had collected the original item, which took several days...by which time the bag was out of stock. Instead of offering a full refund, they told me to choose something else to the same value off their website (I declined and have now been refunded).”

Hi there, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. Unfortunately, we do have procedures in place which we are required to adhere to, one of which being the collection of an item prior to any replacements being dispatched. However, I do apologise that in this instance, upon the collection of the item, the relevant style required had then fallen out of stock. When this occurs, we always offer the customer the option to select an alternate replacement from the website (up to the original RRP if they wish), however, as you did not wish to proceed down this route and were still within the 28-day return/refund period, we happily provided your full refund at request, with no quibble. “Paid for next day delivery, which it was then scheduled in for 2 working days. As I was then at work had to rebook delivery for 6 working days later.”

“Luggage is great. Delivery service very poor, tracker was inaccurate. Waited in all day when it wasn't delivered until following day. On day itc was delivered an email said itv would be delivered between 17.30 and 18.30 and was delivered at noon.”

“Love our new suitcase. Saw loads of them at the airport this year, while struggling with a heavy old thing we’ve had for years! Took the bull by the horns and ordered a gorgeous ginger hard shell one. We won’t mistake it on the carousel that’s for sure! It’s so light to start with and really very roomy. Might need to get the matching cabin size bags.”

“When I ordered the two cases I expected them to be Black, (Ebony) Instead I find that Ebony means dark grey to "it Luggage" and that is what I got. Otherwise the cases are satisfactory and seem good value for the cost.”

“I spent a long time looking at different makes and sizes. I currently have an IT medium but managed to damage the bottom corner slamming the boot down on the case! We are due to go on a long haul holiday so wanted a larger case anyway. The quality of these is really good and the whole set was not much more than buying an individual case from some leading brands. Now I have total travel flexibility. They are very lite, glide effortlessly and look quite stylish. They even expand should you over indulge when away. I would highly recommend IT products across the board.”

“Suitcase as described. This is a repalcement for an it luggage suitcase we have had for a number of years. The airport managed scratch both sides, top and bottom and crack the corners, hence buying a replacement. The newer cases have no exterior corner protection so I'm hopig this is robust. I did prefer the older exterior design but this case says its strong so we will see. The size and interior is the same as our old case. We will not be using the case until our summer holiday.”
