“My case broke on first use. They rejected my warranty claim. The hardshell cases are just cheap Chinese rubbish.”

However, by your own submission, the damage to your item 'happened at some point during handling and transit' between airports. Please kindly be aware, as also advised directly within the email chain, damage caused by an airline/baggage handlers is excluded from warranty claims, as this falls under 3rd party damage, as outlined in our warranty information on our website. “Sent the wrong item, as luggage was different colour from one advertised. After a few emails sending the information they told me to collect it and replace it for the one I asked (subject to availability). Then when asked in other emails the stock, they mention that they have no stock and will issue a refund. So, I do not understadn all previous emails regarding the change of luggage. They did offer a refund, but becasue I needed the bag I used anyway and decline the refund. Still a waste of time and money. Poor logistics.”

Therefore, if the exact style remained unavailable after the point of the collection taking place, and you did not wish to proceed with an alternate selection/style, a refund would of course have always been an available option. “Shambles. Still waiting for a refund. Incorrect courier selected by IT Luggage. Too large for the courier they chose. Lost in transit now due to this error. Had to buy elsewhere. I sorted everything, IT Luggage couldn't have cared less”

However, I can happily see that this was not the case as your order was placed on 13/08 and delivered on 14/08, keeping in line with next-day delivery accordingly. “It luggage was delivered within a few days, came boxed, took suitcase out of box and scratch marks all over suitcase.. The coating you use isn't the best coating you need to look in to it as it marks so easy, especially at a airport.. I believed that the suitcase was British made also it's made in China. The model I ordered was the lastest model out the legion range...”
