“Very smart and sturdy. Exactly what I wanted. However, the strap was missing from the vanity case (the one that slots on top of the cabin case). I have looked on your website and can’t see that I can order it separately. If I had the strap I would’ve given 5 stars.”

“i am very upset about tge quality .its not not good for long journey Speciall if you wan to carry rough items to travel long. i upload some pictures you can see the the fittings and joining is not good .it can be open anytime um afraid.swing was very bad. although the design is looking good but quality of products is not good”

“Ordered a lightweight cabin bag which I never received due to courier losing it????? Was told the refund would take up to 10 days which I still haven't received. Will go elsewhere to purchase”

“Delivered with the bar to pull the suitcase broke gets jamed and don't pull up at all now haven't even used it. Contacted IT to be told I'd be charged £5 for returning a broken suitcase! Do not buy from this company!”
