“Very poor. I received the suitcase which didn’t have as much space as expected, so I filled the form in to arrange a return and refund and still a couple of weeks later havnt heard anything back”

“The case appears to be well made, nice finish on the inside. It's a good size, the lock comes in handy and easy to set. Looks smart. We like that it is made from recycled materials. We bought it for our trip in September.”

“Ordering product was a breeze, when I finally received the product it is a really nice case and great quality, but the shipping was a nightmare, first attempt they lied about the shop I chose to deliver too being closed, it was open until 11pm, on the final day it was due I called to see what was happening and was told it was on hold(no communication of this) I needed the case so eventually arranged to collect from the depot but had to wait a few days, but on the morning of the pick up I received an email stating that it had been delivered to the original shop, Yodel stopped me giving the experience 5 stars, purchasing and the the product would be worth that, but the shipping company let you down.”
