Not used yet but extremely well packed and exactly what I was expecting. Lots of little extras like front pockets, zip locking system, even quality luggage labels included. Great fun colour and looking forward to finding them easily on the carousel! Very pleased I bought this set.

Awful customer service and products. I have been purchasing ‘it’ suitcases for years but I have noticed that the quality has dramatically reduced. We have had suitcases break whilst on holiday, with a particular weak point being the zip on the larger suitcases. We have spoken to it luggage about this and they failed to take any accountability. They offer to send out replacement zips but that doesn’t solve the issue. One customer service representative referenced landfill sites when I mentioned the suitcase being unusable and I thought that was ironic given the fact that I was speaking to a mass manufacturing luggage company. I will not be purchasing from it luggage again and I most certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

However, please kindly be aware that the 10-year warranty is in place to provide replacement parts where necessary, not replacement cases or refunds I'm afraid. It is excellent not my first IT luggage have a bag that has lasted for 10 years now so IT is excellent

I purchased a full set of luggage many years ago for a trip to USA. It has proved durable, light, manoeuvrable and compliant for all airlines. Family have 'borrowed' some of the luggage and one of the cases has a wobbly wheel. Therefore, I decided to buy new cases cabin and medium luggage compliant with most European flights and easily spotted on the luggage carousel. Looking good so far, will update after our trip.

These cases are really lovely to look at, not practical for going on holiday by plane as they fall over all the time. (Not a good look). At first I though 5 star until using them.

I was very happy with my order and have just returned from a trip i mistakenly unzipped the expandable part and cannot close it as the zipper doesn’t work properly it doesn’t seem to be join up. On contacting customer service I sent pictures of the problem and my suitcase has just been collected for a replacement Excellent customer service thank you

The return process provided by IT luggage wasn’t entirely straightforward. I was provided with a tracking number which supposed to display the collection time on the day of collection, but it did not. When I reached out to customer services for clarification early that same morning, I received no response. As a result, I was left waiting around the entire day for the courier to arrive, which was an inconvenience for me. You also have to pay a £5 return fee which gets deducted, something that I have never come across.

Whenever I have bought a suitcase i always chose it suitcases My last it suitcase lasted a good 12years or more And unfortunately this time my old one got damaged at the airport so it was time to buy a new one .

Received wrong colour case got dark grey ordered cream!!! Too difficult to return so giving as a gift to a man!!! Dreadful. Not using again

Perfect pink suitcases set for my daughter. She liked it. Managed to pack enough clothes for the 4 days get away as well as extra in the big suitcase and all toiletries in the small one. Would definitely recommend for little girls.

Paid for express delivery and the cases never arrived on the day even though I was assured they were. Limited communication - very difficult to get hold of! Finally ( a week and a half later ) had an update from yodel saying my parcel had gone missing and to contact It luggage which I have, asking for a refund and now no one will contact me back. Absolute nightmare and sham!

Unfortunately, as the courier is a separate company to itLuggage we would advise that any feedback is best advised to them directly, however, I would like to sincerely apologise on their behalf. On our behalf, I can happily see that our customer service team have been in frequent communication with yourself in regard to this matter, since the first communication received from yourself upon your return from your travels (18/08 - yesterday). As offered within the email chain, we would be more than happy to provide a full refund for this order in which was not received, however, we were unable to process this with an open chargeback claim in place. I can happily see that this claim has since been closed, therefore, your refund will be processed accordingly in due course.
