“Ordered a medium Britbag and then a second Medium Britbag but a different design. Completely different sizes - my fault for not checking. Arranged a return, waited in all day on the day the courier was supposed to collect the item - still waiting!! IT Luggage then arranged for DPD to collect instead of Yodel. DPD collected as agreed. 5 hours later Yodel also arrived to collect. Now when I chase the refund, IT Luggage are saying we need to arrange collection! Joke of a company!”

“There was a good of luggage on the website and the order process was quick and easy. Despatch was quick and delivery instructions were clrar.”

“They did not deliver on time despite paying for it. It took them a long time to respond when I informed them I had not received the suitcase. Very disappointed as I had to get a last minute replacement before my flight. I was unable to travel with the luggage but I have reviewed based on previous IT Suitcases”

“I purchaged so called worlds lighestet suitcase. However I am not happy with product quality. "it" is a brand and I feel the product I got is not the "it" standard product. However return is tedious procedure to follow and I have decided not to buy any product from it in future.”

“I love my cabin case. The case is an ideal size and the ease with which it glides along is great. I had ordered one in Navy Blue and my husband really liked it, so he got one in Olive Green. My only slight issue is the pull section for the zip 9n the front pouch is quite flimsy and I am scared that if you pull it too hard it might break off. However I will keep a watch on it.”
