“Arrived on time and was tracked all the way. The item itself is as described and very robust. It will soon be pressed into use on a transatlantic flight with stop overs, so lots of handling. Here’s hoping”

“Very poor experience. Purchased 4 bags for nearly £300 and 2 broke on first trip. One the zip came off and the other the lock broke. Poor quality products. When I contacted to ask for refund or replacement the customer service would not return the items or replace. The Warranty is worthless. Save your money and go to Amazon. I went for a brand but the brand sell cheap low quality bags.”

Hi Deepak, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. However, I can see that the customer service team acted correctly in accordance with the warranty policy. As clearly stated within the warranty policy, damage caused by a 3rd party/airline is not covered under the 10-year warranty and by your own submission, this is how the damage occurred to your case - 'The bags were checked in to our BA flight and were damaged in return'. “Good afternoon very pleased with my purchase of the new cabin case i used it for a 4 day break to spain and it was good strong and easy too use with the 8 wheels, as before i have always bought i t luggage and never had a problem with the other cases”

“Worse company I have ever ordered from. Will never order from them again and don’t advise anyone else to. I used express shipping due to going on holiday Sunday and my prior luggage breaking. DPD advised that they had no received my parcel from the company, even though they had stated it was shipped to them. I have asked for a refund and am being told I need to wait as DPD have stated on their history that “ my package is to be put in a safe space”. I have explained to them that this does not mean it has been delivered. This company is a scam!”

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced delivery issues regarding your order, this is certainly not the standard we would expect and I can only apologise on the courier's behalf. Although delivery issues are unforeseen, we always aim to resolve these as quickly as possible for our customers. I can see via the email chain that in this instance it seems that when communicating with DPD they are advising us of differing information than what is being advised to yourself, I can only apologise for this. DPD are advising us directly that your parcel was in fact delivered but you are stating that this is not the case. Unfortunately, due to the above, we are required to investigate this matter further before proceeding with any form of refund. “There are marks all over the case- looks like display model or something also a red mark which could be blood by the zip. I’ve contacted customer services with no response as of yet. Once the review was published I received a response. Offered a partial refund for the effected case or to send back. Accepted the refund for handiness reasons.”
