“Sent wrong item, Then sent wrong item again. Cancelled order, suddenly correct item arrived , all of which was was a total rigmarole to return. Awful customer service only accessible by email. No telephone to talk and avoid confusion ( on their part)”

“Got a email asking for feedback so here it is. Suitcase broke on first ever trip, the handle just fell off so when lifting up stairs etc now it’s impossible.”

“I bought the cabin and medium luggage of this set. I ordered on Saturday and it was here on Tuesday, very quick! Opening the two items, they look really good, love the colour, they seem sturdy, robust and well made. My ONLY disappointment, is the inner lining which had a zip to stow away more items, into the cases shell. It has zipper, but no Zip handle. And it's the same on both pieces of luggage. And this is on the right hand side of the case, when you open it up. I found this very strange, as on the left hand side compartment, there IT embossed handles on the zips, but not on the right hand side. Luckily, I had keyring holders and zip handles that is bought somewhere else, so I've attached them to the inner lining. I'm really at odds to think, why IT would do this. But I'm going to keep them, as I was able to make use of items I had at home.”

“The itluggage is exactly what I needed. I will be testing it next month and I believe it will be my perfect suitcase. Finally arrived via Yodel who were terrible in the offering of delivery times. I don’t blame the driver whose work load must be horrendous.”

“Great design and excellent features such as the removable wheels. Very well priced too. I bought the Berwick range but unfortunately they do not do a large which I would have also bought. None the less I am very impressed with the two pieces I have. Highly recommend.”
