“I have admired the IT Luggage for some time, it looks very smart, flexible usage and great idea with removable wheels (we have had many snap off) and being expandable, It's lightweight but strong and very manouverable. I think it's a great purchase. My only negetive, we had to purchase a set of 6 due being out of stock since May 2024, why?”

“My first experience of using IT Luggage was the sandstone Britbag hand luggage. I found the case extremely sturdy and the wheels sturdy and free-wheeling requiring only a little direction on smooth floor surfaces. This encouraged me to look for a larger case unforturnately sandstorm was not available in this colour. The Britbag Medium in green is of the same style of my hand luggage. It looks as rugged to withstand the handling of airport staff. The quality of product is excellent and I love the fact that one side of the interior case is enclosed with an internal cover with zip.”

“So far I can only talk about ordering, delivery and customer service. Ordered on weekend with standard delivery and was delivered 2 days later with a 2 hour delivery window. Wasn’t sure the cases were big enough when they arrived as they didn’t seem much bigger than the ones they were replacing. Contacted customer service by email and replied within 30 minutes regarding returning one of the cases and exchanging for a larger case. In the end did a test run with my usual holiday clothes and they hold a lot more than my old cases, so decided to hold on to the medium ones. How resilient they will be to luggage handlers careful handling, time will tell 🤣”

“Arrived swiftly after ordering on website. Luggage looks great…..can’t wait to use them on my next trip away. Colour is amazing and I hope they are sturdy enough to last for many years of use….. only time will tell!”

“Well apparently the item is being sent back to you and we have never received the items as the service from Evri has been appalling. I now have a very disappointed Grandson who was looking forward to using his new travel bag this coming Friday, when he goes on holiday. Please can you advise what happens about obtaining a full refund. Very frustrating as o have always had good service in the past.”

“I placed my order which was a very easy process and my suitcase was delivered promptly with no issues on the day they specified. Good quality, sturdy, and just love the vibrant colours and attention to detail. I would highly recommend getting your kiddies hand luggage ‘suitcases’ from here.”

“Sadly the pictures on the website were totally misrepresenting. It was a very flimsy looking built case. Unless the case was fully packed it would not stand upright as the support feet folded in on themselves. Lying down wasn't an option either as there were no support studs on the sides or rear.”

“I ordered a large suitcase which came promptly and looked great but was a little large for my needs. I then ordered another but made a mistake and ordered cabin size instead of medium. I returned both cases and the process was very simple and they were collected by couriers. I ordered a medium which is just perfect, good quality and very light. Can’t wait to use it. So this review is a little like the story of Goldilocks and the 3 bears!!”
