“Delivery was fast, but the packaging (cardboard box ) was in a terrible condition. All ripped and torn like someone tossed around and rolled it down the road until it breaks apart. it was a real miracle the suitcase inside wasn't damaged. Very good quality suitcase (at least it looks good, haven't travelled with it yet). I am quite happy with it.”

“Never recieved. Carrier (Yodel) just as bad. No gesture of good will for wasted time waiting in all day for parcel to arrive. Don't think parcel was actually sent because item oos online. My partner also ordered but received his no problem.”

However, I can see that in light of the delivery issues, on our end, the parcel was recalled in order for your full refund to be issued immediately. I can only apologise that this is not the outcome you hoped for. However, as the delivery issues were with Yodel, and after your order was dispatched, the item subsequently fell out of stock, this was the only resolution available I'm afraid. “I got 2 cases 1 came the the wheels in it's bag the other just came in a plastic bag contacted customer service but as yet had no reply I was hoping that I would get another bag sent out to me as that was the reason why I bought the cases in the first place”

“I have had at least 4 IT suitcases, but am finding the hard bodied cases to be more durable, so far. I can't fault IT, as they reacted quickly to a claim I had for a faulty case, replacing it with a suitable alternative (my first hard bodied case). The only downside to IT is their delivery company; Yodel. They failed to deliver the case on the day indicated but sent an email later that evening, stating they would send it the following day. I heard nothing from them for a further two days and then another email providing a delivery time. This time it was delivered. I understand that delays can happen, but good communication is needed, so as not to inconvenience the customer.”
