I'd have given zero if possible. The bag purchased is damaged. I've been trying to arrange a return for 2 weeks and have not even had an acknowledgement to any of the three attempts that I've made at contacting IT Luggage through their Contact Us option on the website. I managed to find a phone number and left a message but no response. I would have been happy with a replacement bag, but given the lack of response and poor customer service, I now just want a refund and to never deal with IT Luggage again.

However, it seems that the only communication we have received from yourself was as of yesterday afternoon (03/02), we have not received any correspondence prior to this point. The team then replied promptly to this, within the hour, with further information on how to proceed with your return. I have also resent this email just in case. Awful service, sent me the wrong luggage, refused to send me the correct one straight away as wanted me to ship the wrong item first. The item I had actually ordered was out of stock by the time I sent the wrong item so was left with nothing. Poor customer service.

Hi Valeria, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise again that the incorrect case was received. However, I can see from the email chain that the team has been attempting to assist to the best of their ability in this matter since the first email was received on Monday (27/01). I can see that by the EOD Tuesday a collection had already been arranged for Wednesday morning, where it was also advised that 'after a successful collection' the correct case could then be dispatched and 'once all is collected and delivered and we can refund a discount back to you for the inconvenience'. In regard to the correct case being dispatched after collection, unfortunately, this is standard procedure I'm afraid. Any return must be collected prior to a replacement being dispatched, no matter the circumstance. However, it was advised that upon collection of the incorrect item we could of course dispatch the correct item under express shipment for you, in an attempt to further ensure that this would arrive in time for your upcoming travels. A refund was only ever mentioned so you were aware that you also had this as an option if all else failed, as clearly advised within the email chain. By no means was it ever suggested that this should be the route you take if you did not wish to. However, this was prior to the item being flagged as out of stock. As soon as it was flagged by yourself that you had noticed the item falling out of stock, it was advised that if this remained the case after the successful collection had taken place, we would of course provide a full refund instead automatically. Therefore, the fact that the item was out of stock was acknowledged prior to the collection taking place - this differs from the information provided within your review. As you can see from the above information, you were kept clearly in the loop throughout the whole process. To finalise, once the incorrect item was confirmed as collected, as the correct item still remained out of stock, your full refund was processed swiftly, just as we stated it would be previously within the email chain if the item was OOS, in order to ensure that the matter was not prolonged further for you. In regard to the discount offered, as advised within the email chain and quoted above, this would be processed under the condition that all relevant cases had been collected and replacements delivered, therefore, the original order continuing to be fulfilled. However, as the original order could no longer be fulfilled due to the original item falling OOS, a full refund was then processed instead. Therefore, as also advised within the email chain, we cannot refund more money than an order is worth but we would be more than happy to provide a discount should you wish to place a further order instead. Please kindly be aware that this is simply as a gesture of goodwill – as the offer of a discount was only on the condition that the original order would remain fulfilled, not refunded. As your full refund has been processed our obligation to yourself, therefore, has been met. I can only apologise that this is not the outcome you hoped for but I do hope this helps to clarify. Please do not hesitate to get back in touch should you require any further assistance in the future at all, or should you decide to take up the goodwill gesture discount on offer. Many thanks

Ordered 2 suitcases 3-5 day free delivery, but received them the next day. Easy to order on line. Cases and packing in good condition, delivery company - good delivery. Cases are just what we wanted and are of expected quality. Good service at every stage

I was more than pleased with my cases. They are well made identifiable. The only thing I would have liked more would be locks but that's my fault I thought they came as standard

Having used IT luggage before I found it one of the most robust makes there is. And it works! The wheels run smoothly, the zips don't give up on you and, unlike cheap luggage, it hasn't split, or wheels come off during luggage handling at airports. Not expensive for all that.

The lock completely broke off the first time I used my suitcase. It was the large Intervolve suitcase. I didn’t expect to have a problem getting a replacement or even a repair as it had the warranty but was told the warranty wasn’t valid as the damage happened while by case was with the airline. Surely a large suitcase should be able to withstand general use when checking it in for a flight. That’s what I bought it for. Really disappointed with the quality of the product and with the customer service.

Unfortunately, as stated clearly within our warranty policy, damage caused by an airline/3rd party is not covered under our 10-year warranty, therefore, we would be unable to proceed further with a claim in this instance I'm afraid.
