“Suitcase's seem good quality hard shell type ,ordered covers to protect them which fitted perfectly (large)& had bottom zip fastening instead of velcro .pleased with purchase .”

“Very good price and delivery was in the time frame they had said. Haven't used the backpack or case yet, so can't comment on durability, but as they give 10 year warranty for the case I assume it will stand up to the use I will put it through.”

“Amazing service great delivery & customer service. The luggage set is awesome. The large case is very big so I wouldn’t imagine I will use it any time soon for travels but it stores the others beautifully. I used the smallest & the little fold up carry on bag & they fit in more than my old case which was larger. The front pockets are spacious & will hold my laptop with ease. Wheels a dream. Very impressed!”

“THe website was very easy to use. Placed my order and got confirmation. Easy to track the cases and they arrived when specified. Cases are MUCH better than I imagined. Good company age very god product.”

“The only complaint I have with you is the poor packaging you use. My first delivery from you was in a very strong box and delivered by Yodel This time the courier was Evri. Think you need to change courier as they held my parcel 5 days before delivery so that means you technically didn't deliver within your timescale that you advise on your website and when the order is placed. Also the state of the package when I collected was disgusting. There was no packaging in the empty spaces so by the time Evri have finished handling it the box was torn and there was so much tape trying to hold it together. Luckily I have all the bits I need as I won't be ordering from you again”

“I placed my order two weeks ago. I have not received my package, neither has the courier that is supposed to be delivering my package, nor have I had a reply to the enquiries I have left. If I’m paying £100+ for luggage, I expect better.”
