“Easy to order very speedy delivery arrived earlier than expected. Cases are really nice quality both inside and out. The handle makes cases easy to pull without tipping to either side. Not used yet but value for money appears to be good.”

“I usually buy suitcase in a store, so I was not very sure when I bought these online; but it turn out that the suitcases I bought are looked and felt sturdy as I expected. I have not got a chance to use it yet, but I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“My first order changed itself to send to a very old address of mine for some reason. I contacted customer services via the online form to ask to cancel asap, and received a response within the next day, and the whole process was very smooth and efficient, and had my refund within 2 to 3 days. Ordered the same suitcase again, after deleting my old addresses off their website. I paid for next day delivery. The suitcase arrived on time, and even though the packaging wasn't in perfect condition, the suitcase itself was fine. Both myself and my son are very happy with my purchase! Would definitely order from IT Luggage again!”

“Arrived on time, had a quick look and so far so good, haven't packed and travelled with it yet but I think it will be ok, I had IT cabin luggage and was so happy with it for years that's why I ordered new set”

“Fell apart on the first trip. Stitching came undone and wasn’t even fully packed. Costumer service is appalling as nobody has acknowledged any of my complaints.”

“I ordered Replicating cream cabin bag. It arrived on time which was great. The card box was partially damaged on a corner, however I was not happy about it. It shows in dimension on IT website (54.5 x 38x 25 cm). These dimension were like my previous IT cabin bag which I like. This Replicating cabin bag looked smaller to me in width & hight. I measured it & have photos and the Width is actually 34 cm. The hight too is about 1.5 cm less So i am not really happy that the measurements are different than what is advertise. I need to buy another one IT but can’t trust their measurements; for complete honesty. IT broke my trust.”
