“I was not at home when it was delivered 11-58am I got home at 6pm parcel had been left in my small front garden totally overlooked by passers-by, I was very relieved it was still there .The bewitching luggage is fabulous I received the set for Christmas and this one just finishes it off”

“Further to my previous review, customer services have been excellent. I was contacted within 48 hours by Lillie and have since ordered another case which has now been delivered. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the same style but was able to select a very similar one. I also sent a review to Evri regarding their poor service but as expected have had no response!”

“We have previously bought luggage from this company. We are pleased with the cases we have bought this time - however, there are no locks on these. We will have to buy small combination locks. Not as good as the previous buy.”

“Hello It, I went on a trip with the luggages(spontaneous set) and the hardware is already rusting and turning brown. It’s been barely two months. I thought I was getting a good quality luggage but that doesn’t seem to be the case.”
