“I bought this luggage but the zip/chain is not working at all. Very poor quality. I couldn’t even use it once. Totally disappointed and not worth the money.”

“I’m really happy with my new medium size suitcase iv got a bad back so I have to be careful what I buy this is perfect not too heavy like some and really easy to move around love it thank you IT LUGGAGE”

“Our new cases are stylish, lightweight, seem robust and strong. If they last as long as our previous IT cases we will be very pleased. They have good depth especially with the extension piece, we like the 'clam shell' style as it allows us to keep clothes and shampoo etc separate, the cases seem spacious.”

“I ordered 4 of these cases next day delivery and the company only sent 1 - presumably as out of stock. Almost a week later and still no resolution, yet been charged for 4. They are not contactable via telephone and are slow to respond to email. I emigrate on Saturday without appropriate luggage or the refund to replace. Making an already stressful situation even harder. I wouldn’t recommend buying from It Luggage directly.”

“I bought these mainly because of the dogs on them. Good quality set.i would recommend IT LUGGAGE. 10 year warranty which is good but I hope it does cover everything as it’s a bit vague.”

“I was extremely pleased with the online service I received. It was easy to order the case I wanted and it arrived the next day even though I hadn't paid for next day delivery. It arrived within the time stated by the courier. The case was packaged well and in good condition. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to using it soon.”

“Just packed my luggage. The quality of zip clothing was extremely bad, which is provided for extension. I don’t have time to return the item as I have to travel urgently. I stiched clothing by my own.”
