“Further to my previous review, customer services have been excellent. I was contacted within 48 hours by Lillie and have since ordered another case which has now been delivered. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the same style but was able to select a very similar one. I also sent a review to Evri regarding their poor service but as expected have had no response!”

“We have previously bought luggage from this company. We are pleased with the cases we have bought this time - however, there are no locks on these. We will have to buy small combination locks. Not as good as the previous buy.”

“Hello It, I went on a trip with the luggages(spontaneous set) and the hardware is already rusting and turning brown. It’s been barely two months. I thought I was getting a good quality luggage but that doesn’t seem to be the case.”

“Looks lovely. Sadly, I’m personally disappointed, The luggage is costly and I feel it doesn’t justify paying out so much. I’ve never used a hard shell suitcase before. However, I’m not convinced on the practicality.”
