“I always ensure I purchase my family's luggage from IT Luggage as the service is phenomenal. I ordered 2 cases on the Friday afternoon and they arrived Saturday morning! It was standard delivery and I could not believe the efficiency.”

“We unwrapped the cabin bag only to find that it was damaged - one of the straps inside had come away from the corner. My wife has been in touch with your customer service people but they refused to do anything because we couldn't provide a receipt as proof of purchase. We bought this as a Christmas present back in mid November and the receipt has been mislaid. It obviously wasn't opened till Christmas Day. We have sent you photographs and you have inundated me with emails since I bought it - this is one of them ! Yet you still won't believe that I and my wife bought it ! I am really disappointed with your responses - you say that you take your customer service seriously but that is clearly not true. You probably won't even read this because it's a poor review: but you could change that by replacing what is a faulty and damaged case.”

Unfortunately, if your item was originally purchased from a retailer, we do require a copy of the original proof of purchase in order to proceed with a warranty claim I'm afraid - as advised directly within our warranty policy. “Fantastic set of luggage, lightweight and easy to wheel around. The best part is, all the suitcases fit in the large cases, is an absolute treat! And attached lock for security. I haven’t used it yet, but very pleased with the product. I also bought the matching backpack.”

“Suitcase arrived as advised and suits our needs although the locking system is a little temperamental so we hope it doesn't play up when we travel. Also the zipper inside the case has no fob so tricky to use but, as it isn't one we will use much, we can manage. The size and weight of the case is ideal.”

“Very quick delivery, ordered on Christmas eve and arrived shortly after Christmas. 2 matching suitcases purchased to replace previous lightweight IT suitcases that have travelled hundreds of thousands of miles around the world and are still serviceable, although obviously bit tatty now.”
