“Cases look sturdy. Love the colour. Hav e yet to use the cases. Shame that the delivery box was damaged.”

“Very disappointed as combination lock does not work. Tried via email but they did not appear to understand the problem. Am currently debating whether I return suitcase but again I do not feel their customer service has been very helpful . Tried to find a number to talk to a person but again was not successful”

“I received a scam text pretending to be Evri, which I clicked on as I was expecting the case from IT luggage to be delivered by Evri, so I didn't realise it was a scam! I tried to ring Evri and It luggage, but couldn't get through! Luckily I didn't click on the link in the text, but it was a very stressful situation! The case that was delivered had no wrapping on it, it was just inside the box, and the box had been poorly sealed with celotape, not brown tape!! I wasn't impressed at all!! Luckily the case was not damaged, but I expect better from It luggage as their cases are not cheap! The only reason I didn't complain about this is because I was to busy making sure the scammers had not gained access to my phone!!”

“The suitcase feels very robust and the wheels dont look cheap or like they will fail quickly. It is a good size and will accommodate all my things. Delivery was swift and it was well packaged.”

“I ordered the large suitcase as i needed one for my holiday in the coming week. The colour is nice and bright and it feels light when you pick it up. The zip is smooth and doesnt get stuck. Very spacious inside and extra front pockets is a bonus. I like how smooth the luggage feels when i roll it around, its important for me as that will make my travelling better.”

“We’ve used IT luggage for years and it’s been fantastic - after plenty of beatings through the Airport, it was finally time to freshen up our style (although the other ones still have plenty of time in them). Our cases arrived very quickly and feature a quality build with very sturdy materials. I can’t wait to use these when we travel next year and beyond. Can’t recommend IT enough.”

“Case arrived with a dodgy expander zip. Collection for return failed (Yodel - I was not surprised). Tried a drop off point, another fai, they refused to take. Only financial compensation will give this an upgrade on the star rating. Buy from a shop where you can test first folks. Will attempt another drop off point.”

“It took 5 days for the item to be delivered. When it was finally delivered, I've found that the box that suitcase was delivered in has been opened and badly retaped again. The item was creased as if it was kicked about and inside packaging was messy as if it was all taken out then chucked in again in no particular order. If you send out returns, then my advice will be to check the item before sending it to another customer. . Overall very average experience.”

In regard to the delivery timeframe, I can see that you opted for the standard delivery option, which offers a 3-5 working day delivery timeframe. Therefore, delivery on the 5th day would fulfil this correctly.
